I know why I'm going

Where I can release my burden;
And where I find my solitude .
It is more than just a physical exercise.
As I walk the body pulls me back
But the mind that keeps me strong.
It is not age;
It is not diet.
It is just the will to be myself.
Walking helps to shape up the muscles
To adapt to the daily loads without pain.
