You can never force anyone to do anything.
If you try, you may get your results
But with a trade off for losing the respect in the eyes of the person.
Next time you try the same attempt, you won't get the result,
As the person completes the task only because of the force,
But it would never be the best creation.

Give them choices,
Give them a chance,
And they will often surprise you.

Unless things come from inside they never sync with the outside world.
